Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy

(Compliant with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU & Dutch Civil Code / Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 6)

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Reflection Period)

Under EU and Dutch consumer law, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The reflection period (bedenktijd) expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), receive physical possession of the product.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Mimar Nest of your decision prior to the expiration of the 14-day reflection period. You can inform us by:

• Completing the form in the returns page.
• Completing and submitting the standard Model Withdrawal Form along with the return product(s) (form provided in the returns page).

3. Return Shipping & Timeframes

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days to send back the goods.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise specified during a promotion or due to a defective/damaged delivery, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

During the reflection period, you may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to how you would in a brick-and-mortar shop).

If the returned goods are damaged or show signs of wear beyond reasonable inspection, you may be held liable for the reduced value of the product, which will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch and EU legislation, the following items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal:

• Custom-made or clearly personalized products tailored to your specifications.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that spoil or expire quickly.

6. Refund Process & Terms

Refund Coverage: We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding extra charges for expedited or non-standard shipping).

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Retention Right: We reserve the right to hold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Payment Method: Reimbursements are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction at no additional charge.
